Where is your personal data processed?

Your personal data are mainly processed by our staff at our office in Hardenberg.

To the extent that we transfer personal data to a country outside the European Union or an international organization, we ensure that this is only done to those countries and organizations that ensure appropriate protection of your data and rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), or if otherwise permitted under the AVG.
 

How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or used and/or as long as required by law.
If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact our office. Upon request, we will delete your personal data without undue delay, but with the exception of information we are legally required to retain. For example, we are required by law to keep data such as copies of invoices for seven years.

Legal basis for data processing

We collect and process your personal data only when we have a legal basis for doing so. The following bases apply:

The processing is necessary for the performance of your agreement;

If the processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In this case we will terminate the relevant processing of your data. The withdrawal of consent does not alter the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Decisions regarding the purposes and means of processing personal data are in principle made centrally at Laundrysystems B.V., which acts as the controller for the processing of this personal data.
